Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this issue for you and help find a solution. For clarification purposes, I'd like to ask you some questions.

  • Which Camera do you have?
  • Are you getting any errors?
  • What are you trying to connect the camera too? The Nest or Google Home App? Or connect it to the wifi?
  • Have you tried to restart the camera?
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
