Camerameldingen

Sinds 2 weken krijg ik op beide camera's geen meldingen meer als er beweging wordt gedetecteerd op de camera's. Beide camera's nemen de bewegingen wel op maar de app geeft hier geen melding meer van.

Ik heb reeds de cache al gewist maar geen verbetering. 

 

Nu heb ik ergens gelezen dat ik de volledige gegevens van de app kan wissen maar dan zal ik de camera's opnieuw moeten installeren en deze hangen niet bepaald binnen handbereik helaas.

Iemand andere tips voor dit probleem?

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you've stopped getting notifications from your cameras even though they appear to be working properly and are still recording motion. I appreciate you providing the information about clearing the app's cache. I'm happy to assist you.

Just to confirm, are your cameras Nest cameras? And which app are you using, the Nest app or the Google Home app?

Erasing all data of the Google Home and Nest apps, or uninstalling and reinstalling them, is a good option to fix the issue. This will not affect the devices or their settings because everything is saved in the cloud and linked to your account. Just make sure you log in with the same email address.
