Cameras down after Starlink modem crash.

My Starlink modem at our second home crashed during a thunderstorm and was down for over a week before I was able to reboot it.
Internet is working fine now but the cameras are all down. The will not relink. I have brought them indoors and gone through the setup procedures numerous times. I even performed a hard reset on one and still now luck.  I entered both the camera number and tried scanning the QR code with no success.

Quite the same happened here after a power cut. I'm using a Dlink mesh network for my wifi. When power was restored, I had to restart my mesh routers. Internet worked well after that, but my Google Nest doorbell did not give video any more. Factory reset of the bell did not help. At last, I did a reset of the mesh network using the Dlink app, after that everything worked well.

I had performed a hard reset on the cameras- I thought. Out of frustration, I held the reset button down a long time. Like 30-40 seconds. The camera let out a string of chimes that I wasn't expecting.  After that, the cameras all reset as they should and my system is working correctly again.
