Cameras “off-line”

3 Cameras … all worked, now say “off-line” on the app.  Retry … getting nowhere

I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you’ve been experiencing with your 3 Nest cameras. I understand that they were working well, but suddenly they went offline, and even after pressing the retry button, they are still not working. No worries, I’m happy to help you find a solution.

To further assist you, I need some extra information. Here are some questions for you:

  • What is the exact model of your cameras?
  • Do you see any light in the cameras? If so, what is the color of it?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, I will suggest you perform a restart on your cameras and also restart the WiFi router to discard all the possibilities.
