Cameras stopped working on my iPhone

Hello I need help with my Nest cameras. They are working on my iPad but when I tried to used on my iPhone a couple of weeks ago it didn’t connect and I had to retry it and it went via Google and since then it’s not working. How can I get it back on my iPhone? I’m am not technically minded and am feeling very frustrated.

You should not need to do anything more than to sign onto the Google Nest app on your iPhone using the same exact email address and password that you are using to log into the Google Nest app on your iPad. If you are logging onto the Google Nest app on your iPad using the "Sign on with Nest" option, then you should use the same option on your iPhone.

When you do sign into the Google Nest app, is it showing the same Google Nest "home/structure" at the top of the screen (under the word "Home") as on your iPad?

You make it sound easy but I am still struggling with this.

I don't know what you're trying, or what's going wrong.

You could try deleting the Google Nest app on your iPhone and then reinstalling the app. You don't lose any settings; you should just need to sign back onto the Google Nest app using the same email address and password you were previously using (and are using on your iPad)
