I have a Google Nest Camera battery outdoors I’ve mounted about 150 feet from my nest point which is inside (obviously). It has a very weak signal as expected. I’d like to add an outdoor wifi extender to help with this signal since I can’t put a point outside. Does anyone have advice with an extender that will work for this application if I use Ethernet cable from the router to the extender? I want to be sure it will work with Google Home properly. My research has uncovered
ok so I’m asking for a compatible recommended option here?

Maybe this topic has been beat to death? I’d appreciate it if someone can tell me if there are limitations here. Any advice? So far only crickets. I’d appreciate candid feedback from google on this topic whether I have legitimate options or not. Not necessarily asking for anyone to endorse a 3rd party product. Thanks!

I am absolutely not an expert in Wifi, this is the Cameras and Doorbells forums. I am going to go ahead and send this thread over to the wifi forums as I honestly, do not have an answer for you! Terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
Brad.

Hey, suberkel.
I wanted to check to see if you were able to get some traction in the new thread you made. If so, I'll go ahead and close this one up, but if that thread has also gone unresolved, please let me know.
Thanks.
