Can I use this product without an existing ddoorbell?

I received as a gift the Nest Hello Video doorbell/ wired. I do not have a doorbell installed at my new home in general. Can I use this gift when I don’t have a wired regular doorbell? Thx!

@MarciG

We have one door that was never wired for a doorbell, and we just purchased another Nest Hello doorbell and the OhmKat Video Doorbell Power Supply (https://www.ohmkat.com/products/ohmkat-video-doorbell-power-supply-compatible-with-nest-hello-no-exi...) that came today. I just connected the doorbell indoors for now and it works fine. I'm going to drill a 1/4-inch hole through the external wall (I picked up a 12-inch-long drill bit) to feed the adapter's wire to the doorbell outside. It has a 12-foot cord and we have an outlet within reach. You can also purchase an electronic chime to go with it. And OhmKat answers their service number!  (It does NOT come with clips to fasten the adaptor's cord to the wall, but I have left-over clip from one of our Nest cameras.
