Can not get video on nest cam while away from home.

When I initially installed the camera I could get video while I was not at home. The first time I used it I was 6 hrs away. Now, it will never show me video, just pictures or events. That's even when I am in the some town. 

What has gone on? Any help is appreciated.

I’m the same. First years subscription was fine, I’ve paid the last 2 yrs and still no video? No idea who to even contact

Check in the camera box if you stiill have it. There's a phone number on the little leaflet in the box.

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: What Nest camera are we working on? Is your Nest aware subscription up-to-date? Have you checked if you use the same email address when you purchased your Nest Aware subscription? How many home structures do you have?

The cameras and app are garbage. To any prospective buyers just don't buy google products they sell rubbish then abandon the consumer.

I reiterate if you're a prospective buyer just dont buy google cameras they're absolute garbage
