Can't add to net after factory reset

I have changed WiFi password and try to add camera in to the WiFi however it doesn't work after I reset the camera. Home app shows can't find/connect to camera. Anyone can help?

Did you press the reset button for at least 12 seconds, until the status light stops blinking yellow and turns solid yellow and you hear a confirmation tone for the factory reset?

Yes I did before, However it didn't work.

I finally figured out that I shall not plug in the power until the installation steps tell you to do so. 

All sorted now. Thank you for your comment.

Same issue. Outdoor battery cams went off line and now even with a factory reset neither can will detect or activate.
