Can't connect Nest Cameras ti wifi

Cannot connect hardwired nest cameras after power outage. No icons on the App. Cannot add a device as instructed with QR code. Camera lights are green, so they are working

If there's a power outage, we sometimes have to briefly unplug one or two of our Google Nest Outdoor Cameras to get them to come back online.

That did not work. Nor did rebooting and new router. Or te- loading the app. Can’t get the cameras re-loaded on the home app do not functional.

You said you had "hardwired nest cameras" so I assumed you had older Google Nest Outdoor Cameras or Google Nest Indoor Cameras that work in the Google Nest app, but if you're trying to reinstall cameras in the Google Home app, you must have either the Google Nest Camera (Battery) plugged in with the optional power cable or the 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Camera. And if you got a new router and changed your Wi-Fi settings, you'll need to do a "factory reset" on your cameras.
