My nest camera was working but then I got a new Rogers box and WiFi. I don't know how to connect the camera to the new WiFi, so it just shows as offline. Please help

@Matt16

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings, so they recommend that when you get a new router/modem, you set the network name (SSID) and password to the same values used on your old router/modem. That way, you don't have to update your Google Nest devices. That's what we did when we got a new router/modem.

If you don't do this, then you have to remove the device from the Google Home app and do a factory reset while you are still on the old Wi-Fi system.

Do you know where the reset button is or hole on a nest wired indoor 2nd generation camera? I can't find it
