Can’t connect to cloud

Hi - I can’t connect camera to WiFi via google home. It wants to set up a nest network and then says can’t connect to cloud.
How can this be solved?

@Georg0205 thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear if you're having trouble connecting your Nest camera to your Wifi network. To confirm, do you have a new Wifi network? How many Nest cameras are you trying to connect?

Give these steps a try:

• Restart your Nest camera and your Wifi network.
• If the issue persists, Reset your Nest camera to the factory default.
