New Google nest cam. Trying to set up in google home app. Seems to recognize cam, blue light on. Select same wifi as android phone. Home app prompts for password. I enter it, it can't connect.
I've rebooted router, restarted near cam. No success.
Other ideas?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us the message you're getting? How far is your camera from your Wi-Fi router? Are you using a dual-band router (2.4 GHz and 5GHz)? Make sure your phone and camera are connected to the same network. Also, turn off your mobile phone while setting it up.
