Nest Doorbell shows incorrect time UK

Ever since my doorbell has been installed it has shown the incorrect time on live video and recordings. I am in the UK.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Hello,  I'm an end user like you and I'm trying to see if I can find the answer to this.  Are you using the older NEST HELLO doorbell?  Or one of the newer ones purchased in Mid 2021 with the word BATTERY or WIRED in the name?  Also, are you using the NEST APP or the GOOGLE HOME APP?   And finally are you IOS or ANDROID?

If you are using the NEST APP then go to the top (main) lever where you can see all your device.  Then click on GEAR in the upper right corner, then HOME INFO and then ADDRSS and make sure you have your address in there correctly.

Hello again,  I'm an end user just like you.  Here are some things to check.  Please let me know if this fixed the issue.

Here are some troubleshooting steps the user can try:

  1. Check for software updates on your phone. Obsolete OS versions may break some app functionality.
  2. Verify your device’s Date and Time settings are correct and automatically set:
    • Settings > General > Date and Time.
    • Tap Set Automatically > toggle it off and then back on.
    • Make sure that the timezone, date, and time are correct.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Nest.
  4. Restart your phone. Turn it off for 60 seconds. Then, turn it on.
  5. Try another device.
