Can’t enter serial number of camera to finish setup

Installing indoor wired camera but the serial number screen doesn’t come up

Are you using the correct app for the install? 1st gen Google Nest Indoor Cameras, which are not sold by Google Nest anymore, get installed in the Google Nest app, but the newer 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Cameras, available starting in 2021, get installed in the Google Home app.
