all notifications stopped working on my phone

hi all our cameras and doorbells been fine 6+ months evereytime someone walks in front camera we receive notifaction to our phones, then around 4 hours ago they all stopped, nothing changed, checked settings and even reset my phone and reset the internet but still nothing

need urgent help
