Can't find QR or 6digit code on my Nest Cam

I changed wifi network and now can't reconnect my outdoor nest cam with flood light.  There is no 6 digit code or QR code on the cam.  On the bottom of the camera is some writing as follows.  UL Listed ITE E35B912.  Next line is: Google Nest Cam Model: G3AL9 IP54.  Next line is: 5V - 1.5A 7.5W FCC ID: A4RG3AL9.  Next line is: Connect to a Class2 SELV.LPS Source.  Next line is:  Built in Vietnam.

That is all that is on the bottom of my camera.  Am I looking in the wrong place.  there is no other writing anywhere on the outside of the unit.  It's installed and hard wired.  Could the code be inside the housing?  PLEASE HELP!

The setup code is physically printed on the device underneath the cable connection. You may need to remove the cable to make it easier to get to.

Wow...thanks.  I literally had to remove the cable to see it!  After all the research I did on figuring this out, I find it hard to believe that would not be available somewhere easier to find.  I guess every cam is different but what a horrible design flaw on this unit!

Well, I spoke too soon.  I found the code. (also did a reset with the little button on the cam).  I go all the way through the set up steps on my phone.  I get to a screen that says "connecting to joining device - this could take a minute".  After several minutes of the bouncing coloured shapes and "Preparing your device" screen - it changes to "connecting to your device, this could take a minute...then, I get a message that says "something went wrong. Try connecting again.  If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device or turning your phone's airplane mode on and off before trying again."  I did that a couple of times and keep getting same message that something went wrong.  Any other suggestions?  Thank you.

You may already have tried some of these steps but I'll link to them in full:
