Changed WiFi system and attempted to update my 2023 Nest Cam Battery (outdoor) but just can’t get the video/audio to get online. My WiFi network shows that it’s online but Home app says cam is not on. Hit the “Turn On” button but the video feed spins continuously. Performed factory reset/deleted cam from system but still having issues.
