I am trying to invite my teenager to Google Home so she can access the Nest Doorbell camera. It is saying a child account can't be added and only added to certain devices (does not include the doorbell). However, her account is 13. I confirmed the birthday on her account is correct. She was originally a child account under FamilyLink but shouldn't the restriction go away now that they're a teenager? The documentation states:
You can't invite anyone using a:
We live in California if that's relevant. Is this because the account is still under supervision?

Hi folks,
@rickcraig555, chiming in—if your teenager's Google account was initially created as a child account under Family Link, it's possible that some parental controls and restrictions may still be in place even though they have reached the age of 13. In California, the default age for transitioning from a supervised account to a regular Google account is 13.
As the parent or guardian, you can access the Family Link settings for your teenager's account and review the restrictions that are currently in place. Make sure that you have adjusted the settings to allow your teenager to access and use the Nest Doorbell camera. Log into your teenager's Google Account and navigate to the "Account Settings" or "Privacy & Security" section. Check for any remaining parental controls or restrictions that might be affecting the ability to access certain devices or features. Adjust the settings accordingly to grant access to the Nest Doorbell camera.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks for your help, Emerson.
Best,
Zoe
