Can’t reconnect my nest cameras

Hi I have 2 nest cameras that were taken out of my app for some reason and they won’t pair 

Google keeps telling me they are paired on to another account

I understand that you are trying to set up 2 Nest cameras but you're getting an error message indicating that they're connected to another account.

Before trying any additional steps, please answer the following questions: 

• Which type of cameras do you have? 
• When and from where was the device purchased?
• How far have you gotten in pairing your device?
• What’s the color of the LED status light?

Once you share this information, we can work together to find a resolution and connect your cameras.
