When trying to add a 1st gen nestcam outdoor (wired) to my nest app it lets me scan the qr code and starts the process then i get informed I must use the google home app. When i try to use the google home app there is no option for a wired nestcam outdoor and i get referred back to the nest app. Stuck in a loop!

This can happen if you are not on the latest version of the Google Nest app. I'm not sure how you check that on an Android phone.
