We've had the doorbell for a year now. It will randomly go offline, but has typically fixed itself when that happens.
However, it has gone offline and stayed offline even though the battery was charged. Following advice on here, I tried reconnecting the doorbell to the Google home app. Didn't work. Remove it from my "home" and trying set-up. Hasn't work. Tried restarting the router, restarting my phone, a different phone, all hasn't worked. I don't even get a yellow light from the doorbell, so it doesn't even seem like it's going through a factory reset. Whenever I try resetting it, all I get is a solid blue light that disappears, and then a solid green light with the doorbell light being a solid white ring.
This is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi gbukowski,
I am happy to help you reconnect your doorbell. Here are the steps:
1. Factory reset: To start, please perform a factory reset on you doorbell. You can find instructions on how to do this here please visit restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell.
2. Reconnect to app: Once the doorbell shows a pulsing blue light, you can reconnect it to the app. here is a guide to adding your doorbell back to the app please visit connect your doorbell to the app.
Let me know if you have any trouble with these steps.
