My doorbell was working properly untill a few weeks ago. I can’t hear my inside doorbell anymore. When someone rings the bell I only get a pop-up on my phone that someone is at the door. When I go to settings I can’t click on the inside doorbell anymore. I tried re-installing the Google Home app as well as the doorbell itself.
The option sound of indoor doorbell is light grey and I can’t switch the button. 😞
Is there anyone who can help me out?
Thank you in advance!

The only reason that the "Indoor chime" option SHOULD be greyed out and disabled is if your battery doorbell is NOT wired or if there is a poor connection or other problem with your doorbell wiring. If that is the case, then the battery on your doorbell is also not being charged.
