I purchased 2 google nest cameras, a doorbell, and a thermostat and purchased installation for each of these items. I scheduled an appointment for installation, and received two separate phone calls confirming the time only for nobody to show up. They use a third party, who I tried contacting to reschedule and they told me they couldn’t reschedule. I guess the third party hired Dish Network to do the install and I was able to contact them. Set up another appointment, another no show. I’m so frustrated at this point I want my installation money back so I can actually hire someone without having to jump through hoops to get them here to do the work. I took off work one afternoon to have the second no-show. I haven’t been able to find a phone number to reach Google support. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve?
