I need to retrieve old video footage but it is past my “three month video recording plan”. Is there any way to get this footage as its really important.

I am afraid that you are unable to pull data or footage from that long ago. If you have any of our Cameras or Doorbells, I would definitely suggest you get a Nest Aware subscription! I'd love to provide you with some helpful links explaining what it's all about.
