I had to unplug my nest indoor cam for a few hours and now it will not connect to the 5ghz band. It just gives either C220 or C225 errors. Right now it is connected to the 2.4ghz but keeps dropping out every hour. Here is what I tried so far:
-Update and restart router
-Remove the camera from account and add back in
- Set channel of the band of 5ghz to 40
-Tried to connect to anther 5ghz band on channel 165
-Tried adding the camera manually instead of QR code
-Making sure my password is typed correctly
-Moving closer to the router despite the camera seeing the band with 5 bars.
-Tried adding camera with another phone
Any help is appreciated

I am trying to work with google support (case 5-7254000031618) but it is taking a very long time. I am hoping to get some sort of solution soon. But yes, i need help still
