Cannot connect to NEST camera

Hello, I have previously connected this NEST camera to my Wi-Fi and Google home app and it worked for about a month. Then it randomly stopped working and I tried to factory reset and now I cannot connect. When I factory reset and try to connect, there is no light on the camera. I've also tried resetting the router (spectrum wifi 6 router). I have gone through the recommended checklist and cannot figure out what else to try.

You could try contacting Support to see if your camera has failed and needs replacement under the 1-year warranty:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
