Replaced an old Nest Hello doorbell with a new Nest wired doorbell. Worked fine for one day and went off line. Was able to reconnect for a short time. Now during the setup process it doesn't even list WiFi sites to choose from.
I have restarted it, Restored it, done everything possible to make it work, but it refuses to cooperate.
Someone please give me a clue as to how to fix it.
Nothing else that I have on WiFi is affected and my speeds measure in the 300's!
I believe I have a defective "New" doorbell!

Is your doorbell close or far from your router? You might have a connectivity problem with this device.
I had a similar problem with one of my five cameras; I added a wifi extender and the problem was resolved with this camera.
Edit: Ooops! Reread your message and I read that the different wifi are not listed. This is a different problem for sure!

I determined my unit was defective and solved the problem by replacing it with a new one which I was able to get working in less than 5 minutes.
