Hello Family. I have a suscribtion for my Google nest wired doorbell. For some reason I cannot retrieve any past history. I cannot find out if my Nest account did transfer over. How can I get help to find out about my account. Can't get a person to talk to me. Need help.

It's not clear what's happening in your situation. Your post says you have a 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell, but then you refer to whether your Nest account "transferred over".
You can check your subscription here:
https://store.google.com/subscriptions
You can also check in the Google Home app, under Settings | Subscriptions | Nest Aware.
You could also try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
