Cannot view shared video?

We have nest cams to show our gym space so parents can watch from their phones (vs coming in). I am testing it out on my iphone. I can get link, put in the password, but it says to update the browser or use a different one. I changed browsers from Safari to Chrome, same result. I was wondering how it is possible to allow people to watch our shared stream on their phones?

Hello JohnF.

I'm having the same problem.  The original question specifically mentioned the error message saying "to update the browser or use a different one".  The user mentioned using different browsers on his phone but still the same problem.  You responded by pointing to a link to the general instructions on "family sharing."  It will be helpful if you provide some help to address the specific problem by the user.  Is it true that the watching a shared feed won't work if accessed from a mobile device because the Nest streaming video require "Flash" which won't work on mobile devices?
