@felipigu

That error message most commonly occurs when you are trying to reinstall a camera or doorbell in the Google Nest app or Google Home app, but it is already installed on your account.

Why are you trying to reinstall it?

When I conect to the app, does not show the camera so this why I'm trying to reconect.

I don't know why your camera would simply disappear entirely from the Google Nest app.

But if you are attempting to reinstall your camera in the Google Nest app and are getting a message saying your camera is connected to another account, that probably means your camera is still connected to YOUR account, and cannot be reinstalled unless you do a "factory reset".

Unfortunately, as noted in the Help topic below, the only way to "factory reset" a 1st gen Google Nest Indoor Camera is to remove it from the Google Nest app, but you're reporting that it has disappeared from the Google Nest app.

Are you certain that you are logging into the Google Nest app with the same account you were previously using, and are connecting to the same Google Nest "home/structure"?  Do you have any status light on your camera?
