Cant get cameras to connect

Cant get my nest cameras connected to net gear with night hawk protection. It is set at 2.4ghz.  Any other suggestions besides resetting.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let's sort this out. 

A few questions: Has the device ever been connected to their Wi-Fi network before? Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network? Is the Wi-Fi router or access point within a reasonable range (1 to 15 meters) of between three and fifty feet from the Nest devices? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the Nest camera?
