I can't hear anything on my phone from my doorbell camera. And I can adjust in settings. People can hear me but I can't hear them.

Mine did the same a few weeks ago.
I've got a new 1 as I suspected a faulty mic.
Now I can't get it to find any WiFi networks! 🤬

Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

Hi. I have done this.
I've also deleted the device from my account and factory reset it then re connected. It and still no sound from the doorbell. I think the mic has gone.

As a side note; we unfortunately do not offer replacements for parts. If your device is no longer under warranty, we aren't able to offer a replacement.
