I can't seem to setup on home. The moment I scan the product or key in the code. It just goes back to scanning new devices.
What could be the reason? Help!

Hey there,
I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Nest camera! I'm sure it's frustrating but I'm happy to look into this and see how we can help out. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to Restart your device. By doing this, it should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. If that doesn't help, Factory Reset it until it starts to work for you.

Thanks but still not able to. Not sure why. My WiFi all works but everything I try to setup new devise it says it detects new Google wifi device. I'm not sure if I need to reset all my configuration. Could it be that the transition from previous Google wifi app to Google home was not properly done?

Let's check — what's the status light of your camera? Also, could you send us a screenshot of what's happening so I can take a closer look?
