Change notification sound for Nest Doorbell gen2 for Motion detection &when someone rings the door

I have the Ring doorbell from 2018. Anytime there is motion detection the Ring app on my iPhone makes a unique noise for motion. When someone pushes the doorbell Ring makes another unique noise for that. I have now upgraded to the Nest wired doorbell generation 2. I really like the clear audio. 

How in the world can I change the motion and ring notification sounds on the iPhone? I was forced to use the Google Home app despite having a Nest account. I can't find the settings anywhere in the Google Home app.

This is seriously a major flaw on Google's part. I am missing so many missed motion detections and rings because the sound is just the basic iPhone sound that comes across from all my other standard apps. It's so bad, I'm thinking I may have to go back to Ring and return my Nest products. I feel like we're living in 2005 or something. Changing the sound is a BASIC feature. 

I've already submitted feedback to Google. I'm not sure what else to try. No, I am not switching from iPhone to Android. That's not an option for me.

On our iPhones, we have only gotten basic iPhone sound for motion detection and rings on our Google Nest Hello Doorbells and on our cameras.

Perhaps they'll change this in the announced upgrades to the Google Home app, but I don't know; their posts don't mention it and the "Public Preview" is still not available for sign up:

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, I am afraid that there isn't currently an option to change the notification sound or alert. I can understand how not having this feature may be an inconvenience for you, so please make sure to share your feedback with us and let us know how your experience has been.

This blows BIG time. I was troubleshooting my Nest doorbell today when FedEx was delivering a package. The FedEx lady said, "you should get Ring!" I told her I'm coming from Ring but will have to seriously consider switching back. 

Seriously, this should be #1 top priority for Google/Nest. Any sane person with an iPhone trying to switch from Ring to Nest is not going to put up with this. Had I known ahead of time, this would have been a showstopper for me. Ughhhh...... 😡

Unfortunately, I am returning the Nest doorbell and going back to Ring. I didn’t realize how far behind Nest is compared to Ring. I’m switching to Ring for whole home security, etc. The new Spotlight Pro cams come out tomorrow.
