I have a nest hub which connects fine

My other products will not connect no matter what I have tried and is so annoying

I have the nest doorbell battery

outdoor camera - battery

Many people in the last 9 months  have reported this same problem.   The most painless way to proceed is to give your new WIFI network the EXACT same name and password as it was before.  This way the devices will find the WIFI and should re-connect.

If you want to go with the new WIFI network then I believe you need to do a FULL FACTORY RESET of the cameras before they can add to the new WIFI.  BE SURE you do the factory reset and not just a reboot.
