Flicker on Google nest indoor cm

Despite all efforts the cameras(3) have terrible flicker/scan lines. I've tried everything but nothing works. Odd that my nest hub does not have the same problem. Please make firmware adjustments to compensate since two different cameras from Google nest have greatly different image qualities.
