What is the procedure for handing over our 'Nest Doorbell' to the new owner?

Google Nest does not provide any directions for changing ownership. From this Google Nest Help page, you can infer that you, as the outgoing owner, need to remove the camera or doorbell from your account:

I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. It is as @MplsCustomer stated; no set process, just remove the devices from your Home.
