Since changing my WiFi I can no longer access my 3 cameras.

I updated my home internet and since then have been unable to get my cameras running. I appreciate they will drop off as they were on the old network. But no combination of factory resets, adding new devices or anything can get them back on the google home app. It really shouldn't be this hard. Surely people change internet providers all the time and don't end up with 3 really expensive useless cameras! Looking for help getting them back on the google home app. All my other google and 3rd party devices were happy to make the move over to the new network.

Sadly, Google Nest does not provide any easy way to update the SSID (network name) and password for its cameras and doorbells. The easiest way--if you can--is to configure your new router/modem with the same SSID and password as your old router/modem. That's what we did when we got a new router/modem last year, and our cameras and doorbells came back online with no problems. This is Google Nest Help's page on this: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223711?hl=en

I don't know whether that will work in your case now that you've done factory resets, etc.
