Chime not working properly with google nest doorbell (gen 2) wired

Hello,

my google nest doorbell gen 2 wired is not working properly with chime. When  i pressed doorbell button it gives me notification in the app right away but chime doesn't rings always. Chime rings sometimes but not always.

 

second problem is that every day 2-3 times it goes offline. Wifi connectivity is great. 

any possible solution if any one can give me?

Is your doorbell wired correctly as shown in this Help topic, and is your transformer sufficient? Many customers, including us, have upgraded to a 16V 30VA transformer for both 1st and 2nd gen Google Nest doorbells

Do you have a mechanical or electronic chime? If you have an electronic chime, have you tried changing your doorbell's "Chime duration" setting?

yes I connected all the wires as shown in installation guide.

i have nutone 63560 chime there is no voltage mentioned on the chime but i think it is  10V 30 A

i have mechanical chime and in the google home app settings for indoor chime is on and for electric chime is off.
