I have installed 2 wired 2nd gen nest doorbells. One on the front and one on the back. Both can stream video correctly and I can get notifications as well.
When I connect one connector to the chime, (Trans and front/rear) - the chime works correctly but when I connect both the connectors. (Front, trans) and (Rear, trans) chime stops to work. It doesn't even work for 1 that was working before.
I have a 16VAC and 10V transformer and chime.
Not sure whats the issue here, should I get 24VAC transformer or something else?
Thanks!

Many customers in this forum have reported upgrading to a 16V 30VA transformer to get either the older Google Nest Hello Doorbell or the newer 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell to work, even though Google Nest's requirements specify less (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9247132). We had to upgrade ours 3 years ago when we added a second Nest Hello Doorbell.

Sorry to jump in on this too, but would either of you know how I can get my nest 2 wired doorbell to chime inside on my home hub? I've looked on line and it says it can be done and followed the instructions but it still doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong? As I can't work it out.
Thanks

You turn on "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) in each doorbell's Settings. Your doorbells and Nest Hubs need to be in the same Google Nest "home/structure" and "Do not disturb" must NOT be turned on on your Nest Hub(s).

I had to replace the transformer from 16vac 10va to 16vac 30va and now it’s working
