Chime puck missing wires

I purchased a nest doorbell and had an electrician install it.  Everything is working except that the chime puck cannot be connected to the chime.  The reason it cannot be connected is because it is missing the two wires that connect to the chime.  Can I be sent a new chime puck that has those additional wires it is supposed to have?
