The thread got closed down but without a solution so all you end up with is the same thread being raised by someone else and the cycle just starts again
I was going to post the that leaving overnight my door bell picked up the themes. So the solution needs to include restart, change to theme and give it 24hrs. As it may just need a little time.
The recommendation would be to keep the conversation open a little longer to elicit a useable solution and if no solution is available then to state in the closure there is no actual solution. This would make the thread useful to others searching

I can't even find a thread that actually has a solution. These clowns just respond with the same cut and paste response without helping, then closing them. This site is pointless.

Agree with everything said above. Brad just locked a thread and I'm still unable to use my Google Nest camera the way that I want to. What a waste of money and now I'm out of the return period.

Hey Brad, do you guys actually do anything aside from sending the same copy paste message to every thread on here? There are more unanswered/unresolved threads on here (more than double) than threads that have been solved. And from what I can tell, other users solve 99% of the issues. This is the top reason most of use want Google to break into smaller companies. Y'all are too big to care about your customers. Take the money and run away, right?
