@Khalilsaghezchi, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, which Nest Camera do you have? What is the light status of it? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router? Try resetting it to the factory default and make sure it has a blue light pulsing, indicating that it's ready to connect. Just a reminder: after the reset, all of the event history will be deleted.
