I need to do a factory reset on a Nest Cam IQ. It is attached to a prior account I no longer have access to. In putting a paper clip in to do a factory reset nothing happens. It has power with green light on. I press hard for 10 to 15 seconds but light just remains green with not change. Any ideas?

Sometimes those reset buttons are hard to trigger. Try pressing firmly for longer than 15 seconds.
The instructions don't indicate how long you need to press the reset button:
