Connect Nest Doorbell (wired) with Nest Aware Sub

My initial trial for Nest Doorbell wire ended and now I cannot view/save video etc. 

purchased Nest Aware Subscription for a year for the account and it is not connecting with my doorbell on that account. 

kindly advise next steps to get doorbell fully functional again?

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" and on the same Google Account as your doorbell? You can check by going to the page below and clicking on your subscription; it will show the name/nickname of your Google Nest "home/structure".

You can also go to Settings | Video | Video history in the Google Home app to see if it shows your subscription.

If you cannot resolve it, you can try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
