Connect nest hello error nc0009

Hi

i have tried almost everything i can think of and i still get the nc0009 error when connecting my nest hello to the app. I have the nest wifi mesh network so would think it should be smooth. 

i tried restarting app restarting network even factory reset on the nest hello 10x times. Please any suggestions?
