Connecting Google Nest Cam with no QR code

We’ve recently moved home and lost the QR code to connect our google nest cam. We’ve tried connecting via the google home app using the setup code but this doesn't work either. We’re lost for ideas… can anyone help?

You SHOULD be able to reinstall your 2nd gen Google Nest doorbell using the 6-character alphanumeric setup code. Did you first perform a factory reset to clear the doorbell's Wi-Fi settings (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162?hl=en&sjid=5607250149101878588-NC#zippy=%2Cnest...)?  Make sure you use the "Factory reset" instructions, and not the "Restart" instructions.

Hi, thanks for your reply but it’s a camera, not a doorbell.

Your post says you have a "Nest Doorbell (wired, Gen 2)".  But the link I provided has factory reset instructions for cameras as well.
