Connecting cameras to new Spectrum router

My cameras were working well until I got my new Spectrum router.  I get the error message C104 .I see that others have had this problem but their solutions haven’t worked for me. My Spectrum guy said my router will do both 2.4g and 5g. I have a Nest Aware subscription and I want my cameras back up and running. Help please!

So the first thing is that if you give your spectrum router the EXACT same WIFI name and EXACT same password as your old router then the devices should see the new router and just connect to it.   Is this what you did?
