I have moved my nest iq cam to a new network but cannot connect it to the nest app. It has no QR code so I use the Setup code, that takes me to an option to select the last 4 digits of the serial no. but this cameras no. does not appear. I have the original packaging, manufactured date of 12/2021. any suggestions (I have tired hard reset)

Are you using the Google Nest app to re-install it?
I'm guessing it may have been previously installed so did you first remove it from the Google Nest app and then do a factory reset?

I did not remove it from the old account as I couldn't remember which account I used it on so I did a factory reset
I get to the setup screen (nest app) asking me to choose the last 4 digits of my cameras serial no. but it only shows the numbers of other cameras on my system

I managed to set it up in google home after a full hard reset... thanks for your help

Good! If you set it up in the Google Home app, then it's not a Nest IQ Camera, but rather one of the newer cameras released since Sept. 2021 that only get installed in the Google Home app. We have two, a battery camera and a 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Camera.
